Wesley was very thorough, efficient and communicative. He spoke with me before he did his work to inquire whether there were any specific problems I wished addressed, as well as after, to let me know he was finished. He took his time to wipe down cob webs, wasps nests, etc. and sprayed in all the appropriate areas.

Edward did a fantastic job. This was, by far, the best service I’ve experienced. I was at home and observed all the areas he serviced and could tell he was knowledgeable in this field of service! Hope he will continue to treat my home!!! ( I do not info on services provided below)

Jorge has serviced our home twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. I wasn’t home during the visits, but everything was handled professionally and thoroughly each time. The work was clearly done with care and attention to detail. We really appreciate his consistency and would love to continue having him service our home.

I should have stayed with HOME TEAM. Sales guy with White Knight signed us up with a special discount for the year. We were clear we had a dog. First treatment, the man was extremely rude about our dog. He said we either needed to lock her in a kennel or in a room (she is a rescue and this is a no-no). We had advised we would put the dog out back when he needed to come in, and that seemed to be an issue. The 2nd and 3rd trips seemed to be good, and he caught wasps nests that weren’t caught on the 1st treatment. The 4th treatment was termite. We were only advised it was outdoors, otherwise for safety my husband would be home. The service outdoors wasn’t even completed before he asked to come inside. (Pictures show he just dropped the termite contraptions all over our property, because I refused entry to my home for my safety.) The 4th guy did not have white knight shirt or sign on his truck. My husband called and asked why did you need to come inside, and could not get a clear answer or even to ask why this was not properly communicated. During this call a supervisor hung up on him, because she could not answer the question. We called again, and got to a manager and she refused to let my husband authorize for me to speak to them. They also charge you $179 to break the contract, when they didn’t provide the service and communicate properly. White Knight breaks contracts and forces you to pay for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. (And no it doesn’t matter you collected a video using AI when you didn’t communicate or even complete the service.)
