Nirmal came by our condo yesterday for maintenance for pharoah ants. These invasive critters are throughout the whole building but we can at least keep our own space pest-free. Nirmal was knowledgable, super quick, courteous & very supportive of the issue. As well, he was kind, polite, respectful, & customer-service oriented. Atlas did a very very poor job of dealing with the mice issue in our house. They only put in bait boxes which did not work even after 4 months. They take a long time to come and are inefficient and ineffective. They are very expensive and they keep changing technicians so you never get the same tech twice and hence there is no continuity of service. Frankly they are not worth your time, your effort and their technicians are not knowledgeable. They missed many entry points in their assessment. I would not recommend them especially for the money they charge. In my case it was a waste of $700. What a rip-off. It's a waste of your hard earned money. I would try Alpine Pest Control or Active Pest Control.

Called them up, they came right away and took care of the raccoon problem immediately. I had called around to a few places before hand and they had the best deal. It was my first time using an animal control service like this so I didn't know what to expect, but I was very impressed with the prompt and professional service. These guys are the real deal!
