We have an ant problem that started last summer. Booked this company and had to pay a large amount up front. In retrospect, I should have done more homework so that’s on me.Pros- Answer phones quickly- Staff are polite, bilingualCons- Several weeks delay for a visit- Expensive for the brief time they spend (30 mins per visit max)- Did not look for ants nest, simply deployed ant traps with poison around the house (which didn’t work since this is year 2 with the problem persists.)- Missed a visit in year 1 so they take your payment but it’s up to you to ensure they come for subsequent visits (which is not what I was told initially.)- Missed a visit in year 2 - gave a day and 3 hour window, didn’t show, didn’t call, I had to call to find out they were behind because of rain. Missed a morning of work. Rebooked because I chased them
