The technician that came to my place was very professional and very thorough in his inspection.Edit: had to lower my rating due to having been left in the dark 4 times. Tech got injured (understandable), Tech forgot my appointment , then they forgot the tech was on sick leave, then no callback from the replacement tech. Unreliable service.
Great and fast service. If you have a problem, Woody is your man. What I appreciated the most was the constant check up with the situation.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. We had an appointment scheduled between 8–10 AM and took the day off specifically to be available. When no one showed up by 10, we called the company ourselves—only to be told that the technician had called in sick and they wouldn’t be coming at all. Why didn’t anyone call us to let us know? It’s completely unacceptable to leave customers waiting without any notice, especially when time off work is involved. We expected much better.
They have the worst customer service possible. The employed some incompetent people who doesn't know how to schedule a service. They kept me waiting the whole day and at the end of they day they told me that they made a mix up on their end. I called several times since morning but they didn't bother to check my service schedule. So be careful if you book their service. they seem like a time waster. They seemed very unreliable and not professional.
