We called in because we had mouse droppings in our kitchen. The message was passed on to Craig and he called us back right away. Even though he was at home, he went out of his way to help us out. He arrived within about 1/2 hour. Craig then spent about an hour trying to locate the critter and find out its access point. He not only caught it (a vole) but he also put steel wool in the access point on our patio! He went way beyond our expectations!

Surprising a snake in your living room was not something we were expecting. Called Professional Pest Control and they were able to come to our house in 40 minutes (another company said sometime next week). Jacob was very professional and did an excellent job. Snake gone and we were able to go to sleep that night without worrying about a snake trying to get in bed with us.Based on this experience, we would highly recommend this company
Jerry was amazing - came to the house within 24 hours of my initiating contact - examined the area I showed him and told me how he would go about handling it. He went to get suited up and then came back and finished the job same day! Jerry was extremly professional, friendly and he got the job done exceeding my expecations!
