Hired for pest and rodent control boxes and refill they promised refills of bait boxes. Charged me 50$ per box and I got 6 of them plus the rely service. Despite multiple calls never showed up for re service. Ended up cancelling as this business is competitive if you cannot provide basic service I’ll go elsewhere simple. I always try to give first chance to a local business before going to a corporation but I still expect service infact better service from a small local business.
I had a great experience with Irvin. He was knowledgeable and professional . He helped me pick the perfect option within my budget. The process was smooth and hassle-free.I had a raccoons in the attic. He was able to trap them all and seal up the holes way ahead of schedule.The customer service is excellent , supportive, and stress-free.
