Hired for pest and rodent control boxes and refill they promised refills of bait boxes. Charged me 50$ per box and I got 6 of them plus the rely service. Despite multiple calls never showed up for re service. Ended up cancelling as this business is competitive if you cannot provide basic service I’ll go elsewhere simple. I always try to give first chance to a local business before going to a corporation but I still expect service infact better service from a small local business.

I had a recurring wasp problem near my kids’ play area, and it was becoming a real concern. Around the Block Pest Control came out to help, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Irvin, who handled the visit, was incredibly informative, polite, and professional from start to finish.

He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and what he planned to do, which I really appreciated. The fogging treatment he performed was thorough and effective — since then, we haven’t had any more wasps show up in that area.
