We have used Peeler Environmental service for years. All of their technicians since we started have been great. Our current technician Alex, is no exception - he does a thorough job and is a super nice guy!
Fantastic experience with Brad at Peeler Environmental as well as the office personnel. Came out for service quickly after I called, arrived right on time and was very thorough and informative. Highly recommend their service!
Tech very friendly and professional. I was extremely impressed with his need to make sure my house was bug free, inside and out. He worked in a timely manner. And, reiterated that if I experienced any bugs before my next scheduled visit, to call and He would return.
This review has nothing to do with the pest control service. We had been loyal customers of Peeler for several years, however we cancelled our contract with them solely based on the lack of care from their customer service in their office. We needed to make a change DUE TO THE HOLIDAY!!! On the same day they were scheduled to come out and we were told very kirt that “they would still need to come out and treat the outside or we would be outside of our monthly treatment plan”. In other words we would still be charged for the service or we would have to go on a quarterly contract. WHAT??? Where is the customer service, where is the understanding or the ability to be a bit flexible because something came up for us right here at Thanksgiving!!! Wow… needless to say this resulted in us cancelling our entire contract. And I advised the young lady that I spoke to that I didn’t like the way she was handling me. And when I said we would be considering another Pest Control service her attitude was even less caring. Sorry our small business has sunken so many hundreds, now thousands of dollars into such an uncaring company. Or at least their front office doesn’t care. Ridiculous!!!
