This is my first time using Southland Pest service. I originally came from using Terminix but needed to cancel as their services were quarterly, too expensive, and bugs would come back due to the long length between services. Their windows were also terrible and often running late. However… Southland Pest? IMPRESSED!!Southland was extremely communicative and friendly, Crystal with the front office gave me the rundown of all service types and how it worked. Technician texted me with a two-hour window and messaged me when they were en-route so I wouldn’t have to wait all day. And the best part? They came within the first 30 minutes of the provided window. Once the tech got to my house I gave him the rundown of the bugs I was experiencing and he provided me insight. Exterior- he swept down all corners and perimeter of my home of spider webs and other bug-related things. He did the perimeter of the inside of my garage and backyard. He sprayed THOROUGHLY which I haven’t seen done with Terminix ever! Put granules down near the perimeter of my fence line from other neighbors as bugs are coming from neighbors’ yards (empty rental property). And placed glue traps in the garage. Tech also came into my home and sprayed baseboards inside my residence and all entryways. I am super impressed with how thorough, knowledgeable and professional he was. He was very kind.Also, Bonus ** we are an Asian household but don’t expect service members to take their shoes off. Well, Hector (our tech) did right at the front door before stepping inside without being asked! This was HUGE and very respectful for us! We will be sticking with this company for the long-run.As a Menifee resident we will be supporting our Menifee businesses! Thank you so much Southland! Also for $99 for the service, going to be moving forward with Bi-monthly, I am happy with this.
