Our technician ryan, it was friendly professional timely, thorough, very easy to work with.He stayed long enough to make sure that every single thing was taken care of and nothing was missed.
He gave us updates on all of the termite.Devices and made sure that they were free and clear of any debris that would present them from working.
Pizza took care of spraying the perimeter to prevent mice and other rodents.
We're extremely happy with his service and I would highly recommend all american.Because of this worker!!!!

Have been a customer for ~15 years and could not be happier with the service provided. All American called to schedule my termite inspection and crawl space inspection. Was able to choose a time that worked for me. The technician, Kris, called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, performed both inspections in the time frame given, and left a write up of what was done. Always courteous and friendly, and they do a good job.

I had an outstanding experience with All-American Pest Control, and I want to give special recognition to Kris, our technician. He showed up right on time and even called ahead to let me know he was on the way. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Kris took the time to explain the entire process in detail, which I really appreciated. I had a few questions about the safety of the treatment because of my small dog, and he reassured me with confidence and clarity. He explained exactly what he was using, why it was safe, and what to expect afterward. That level of care and communication gave me so much peace of mind.
The service itself was excellent — thorough, efficient, and exactly what you hope for during a home appointment. On top of that, their office management team is fantastic. Great customer service, great pricing, and overall just an amazing company to work with.
