Seems like a very knowledgeable guy. Took a good chunk of time to go over my problem with Termites. Had a lot of really sound advice. Emphasized strongly that the most effective way to deal with them coming up through a slab is to lift up all the flooring and seal all the cracks. Must admit to finding that daunting. One of the big advantages of crawl spaces and being able to see the foundation. He pointed out that in the United States they have very effective treatment options to deal with the pests, but they just aren't available here. Considering the good amount of time he took chatting with me about my problem, and how genuine he is when speaking with him, I would recommend giving him a call and telling him about your issue. He will definitely have some good advice. As Steve said, he's worked with the big guys, now he's out there for the little guys.
