Excellent customer service from Krystal when I called on Sunday. Excellent service who came out promptly Monday morning. Turned out we didn't have any extermination needed, thankfully. Would definitely call them again if we are worried again but I did feel the 5-10 minute inspection should have been a bit less expensive.
I pay to get our home sprayed quarterly but no matter how many times I talk to customer service or the techs, they still do not send me notification of when the service tech is coming. At the beginning I did get a text notification, now nothing. I just get a text randomly saying they are about to be at our home, which is a problem because then the gate is not open for them. I've made it clear multiple times that I need them to come on certain days of the week when we can be home to let them in the back gate and to have them come inside to spray (which they also seem reluctant to spray inside). If I at least knew they were coming I could leave the gate open in the morning before leaving, but I don't even know when they're coming. Terrible communication and customer service. At this point I'm canceling, it's not worth the hassle.
When we first started service it was great. They were attentive and came out whenever we asked for additional mosquito spray etc.This year however, we have not seen them since the begging of spring. Wouldn’t answer back about respraying for mosquitoes and ants, missed scheduled August appointment, mystery rate increase with no warning. But they will harass you once that payment stops, but only to collect payment not to fulfill their side of the contract.
We tried greenx because we had used the company that merged into this company. We had them out after we purchased a new home for pest And mouse control. The first sign that something is wrong, was on the second visit to follow up for mouse control. The second tech said that all the traps were set incorrectly. This tech sent them as he thought they should’ve been. After several weeks traps removed because nothing had been caught. We did continue to find evidence of mice in the house. We also had a continuing problem with sliders, earwigs, and all other types of general indoor insects even after a follow up visit. We had a company come out to provide a a quote for exclusion of mice and he came back with several recommendations. First to re-trap the inside and then several outside options. unlike GreenX traps were set up in the Near the joists as this guy said nothing is ever caught on the floors where Greene X had the trap set. Within several days, we caught several mice. With that point, we decided to switch our insect extermination to the same company and canceled greenx. I tried to take the high road and not badmouth the company and just said I wanted to cancel. They kept pressing for a reason and I said I’d rather not then they said they would charge you a cancellation fee. I believe this is the only way this company has to make money, charge a cancellation fee so at the end they can threaten you with it. I got transferred to several different people for retention and got calls for weeks after. Anybody considering canceling I will say the cancellation fee is more than worth it to get a company that actually knows what they’re doing. terrible experience with a company that doesn’t mind bad profit.
I called this place because I heard something scratching in my wall. I called and told them what was going on and that I needed someone to come out. The guy speaking to me went through this whole explanation of the price and how they recommend once you take care of the initial problem you continue there service for a year. I explained that my concern now was to get whatever was in my attic and walk out. I had no problem with the price for them to come out and provide the service however I wasn’t sure that I would need service for a year. I explained that I’ve been in my home for 32 years and I have never so much as had a mouse! He proceeded to ask me for a credit card number…I asked him why he needed that without any service being provided as of yet! He then stated” you didn’t think you had to pay for this? “ in a very nasty tone! I stated what a thing to say of course I know I have to pay for my services but I haven’t received any yet! I then told him that the comment was rude and to cancel my appointment!!! They will never get my business!!!!
