When I first called positive pest with my issues, I spoke with Then who is very accommodating as the owner of the company, he answered his phone after hours and took his time to explain everything to me properly. Then I had dealt with Leah, who is also very patient and understanding, considering I was a little Over excited due to my situation. She answered multiple calls and was very Polite and professional. Next, I received a follow up from a Tacoma who was also very patient, professional and efficient. Then my last appointment was with Devon, who was very professional very experienced and knew exactly what he was saying before I asked him. I would recommend this company to anyone. This is my personal home and I also managed multiple properties in Manhattan. I would recommend this company to both professional and personal friends. Thank you.

We’ve used a few different pest management vendors for our building and Davon from Positive has been by far the best. Friendly and comprehensive service, good prices and very responsive. Our best vendors poor performance worked to our advantage as it pushed us to switch to Davon !
