Exceptional communication and prompt service. Randy and his wife have gone above and beyond to ensure quality of service and education. They were always for questions and also were available for tenants to ask questions about the process. I cannot say enough positive things about there support and service going though this stressful situation. I highly recommend.
Randy is THE BEST. Having bedbugs is stressful but Randy made us feel like everything would be okay. And it was! great service and so happy to be bug free in our home!

Randy and Lucille are honest business owners who will never take advantage of their clients. They educate their clients during the process, so clients know what to look for in the future. While repeat business is generally looked at as a good thing, Randy and Lucille are happy to have you as a one time client! I would refer them, and have, over any other business on town.
