I am disappointed and frankly traumatized after dealing with this company. Hired them to eliminate aggressive squirrels in our house. The office is very difficult to get a hold of. Finally received service after multiple attempts. They came out and set traps. The first technician was great. No complaints. When I called the office to come deal with animals in the traps the girl in the office told me to deal with it myself. Other times I couldn’t get through. They sent another technician unannounced to pick up the traps and take them back. I explained the problem wasn’t solved so he left the traps in place. Came again unannounced to collect the traps and I explained the problem wasn’t solved and he needed to deal with my husband. They sent me an email offering a quote to seal the entry point in the house now that the squirrels have been removed. The squirrels are still a problem and more aggressive then ever. Here is my big complaint. Technicians keeps coming by to collect the traps and coming in to our property without making prior arrangements. They even bother my elderly parents. I am afraid to open the door when a male, I do not know, comes by, aggressively knocks on all the doors and yells my name. This is very upsetting to me. He said he did not have my new phone number and couldn’t get a hold of me. First I have left messages for the office so you should have my number. You have my address and email. You could have sent a message or written a letter. You could have even left a note. I am not comfortable with the technicians coming by unannounced and wandering around my property. I do not have a problem returning the traps. Please contact me through proper channels and make arrangements. My husband has also used this company before so you should have his contact info on file. I used to recommend Pest Detective. I will no longer be recommending. So now I still have a squirrel problem and now have men stopping by without appointments. I regret doing business with them regarding this job am very upset and traumatized by today’s interaction.
This is one of the poorest services I’ve seen, not effective, despite the price.Expect nothing from them and make sure not to waste your time with this company.Hired them in multiple occasions and the result was nothing, they don’t know what they are up to.
To my horror I found myself in a mouse house. Out of the blue we had unwanted visitors. We tried to wrangle the little critters ourself, we had a few wins, but still there were more. So we called the professionals. He came immediately. Michael Ribalko replaced our anxiety with HOPE. He was very professional and kind all at once. After our 3rd visit we were mouse free. But he also gave us a mouse education so we know what to look for and where to look. If we have any further problems he is on speed dial. Thanks Michael great job.
Good service, friendly staff, but questionable billing practices. Poor handling of credit card information and charged without authorization. Will not be using in the future and would not recommend.Called for help with some wasps and when booking was asked for credit card information to confirm the booking. Work was done and when I asked tech about payment he advised I'd get an invoice via email.That evening I noticed an unexplained charge of almost $1700 on my card from the company. Contacted them the next day and was informed my card was added to another clients account, the charge was refunded but also noticed I was charged automatically for the correct invoice amount without my authorization.The invoice I received showed multiple ways to pay and nowhere was it mentioned I would be automatically billed. With every other contractor I've always been invoiced and then it's up to the customer to pay. If I have a card on file, they will always ask if that's how I'd like to pay and confirm authorization before charging.
We contacted Pest detective company for our wasps and rats/mice problems in our farm house in Oliver. Jimmy Bryce came on time and was polite and professionally did his job and we are very happy to have his service. highly recommend this company and especially this Detective Jimmy Bryce.
