I had a mouse problem that didn’t seem to get solved for about 9 months with E & G, which became frustrating. Marco was one of the best techs that came out to my home. He was respectful and even wore booties to keep my floors clean. He was calming and reassuring as well as knowledgeable. He seemed to have fixed my issue and I’m grateful this is now behind me.

I’m updating my initial 1-star review of E&G Exterminators after they reached out to schedule a follow-up visit. This time they showed up on time, and the technician was efficient and thorough.
I realize that ridding one’s house of rodents is a challenging effort and I don’t expect miracles from exterminators— maybe not on a first visit, anyway. But I am hoping the third time is a charm, and that the additional proofing E&G did today will help.
