I’ve been using this service for a couple of years now. They are great — they always provide excellent service, and their customer service is wonderful as well. When I called with a special request, they were very helpful and accommodating.
Eddy was professional polite if he wasn’t I would not be thinking of renewing my contract. I am not happy with terminex I had an appointment which was cancelled without my knowledge and rescheduled without telling me I called twice to figure out a strange message and no one called back I finally called main office. Then I got a call trying to get me to renew it was like blackmail

You can always count on dependable, professional service from Terminix. Luis came out today to set the rest of the bait stations. He was great at keeping me updated as to his ETA, and just like his coworkers he took the time to explain to me how the whole system works. Highly recommend Luis, and have to give shout outs to Salvador and Vivica as well!
Leigh who comes to our house monthly and works with Terminix is the best technician we have ever worked with over the years. She’s passionate about at her job. She’s really great at the details and with communication. We had an infestation and she was able to get rid of it and has kept my house secure and clean for years. We have worked with other people but Leigh definitely goes above and beyond because she cares about her clients and it shows in her work. I wish I had 3 more Leighs’ as I haven’t been able to find anyone as good as her at our other homes in other parts of the state.
