However 1 hr later after my scheduled time ( 2pm) the tech called that he was still 20 mins away. I tried calling the tech to cancel, he kept sending me to voice mail. Not reliable

I have been a Truly Nolan customer for over 12 years and have had the same technician, [Scott C.] servicing my home the entire time. After recently moving and taking a one year hiatus, I restarted service with Truly Nolan and just had my first service at my new residence.

I came back to Truly Nolan for two reasons: their pet-friendly treatment and the best technicians the business. Scott C. is an employee that Truly Nolan should be proud of. Professional, friendly, always on time, always courteous and most importantly, honest and dependable. I never have to worry that my home is not being treated thoroughly. I hope this reaches local management [Palm Springs, CA] so they are aware of what an important role Scott had in my decision to return to Truly Nolan for my pest control service.

This is a sincere and enthusiastic 5-star endorsement of Truly Nolen's Palm Desert, CA, employee CALVIN JONES. Since moving to La Quinta 5 years ago my wife and I have had the good fortune of having Calvin as our very effective pest control technician. He keeps our place problem free and in the rare event some pesky pest slips past his careful, Truly Nolen preventive measures, Calvin quickly and cleanly eliminates the problem.
