Made an initial 1st appointment 11am- 1pm slot and NO one showed or called me. I called to check status was told that maybe the tech was late (that’s fine, stuff happens). However 1 hr later after my scheduled time ( 2pm) the tech called that he was still 20 mins away. I tried calling the tech to cancel, he kept sending me to voice mail. Not reliable
I am yterminating my service. These guys are completely non rtesponsice. I had a major infestation of fire ants. Multiple stings. Their response: we'll see you next week.Im truly done with this company
I have been a Truly Nolan customer for over 12 years and have had the same technician, [Scott C.] servicing my home the entire time. After recently moving and taking a one year hiatus, I restarted service with Truly Nolan and just had my first service at my new residence.I came back to Truly Nolan for two reasons: their pet-friendly treatment and the best technicians the business. Scott C. is an employee that Truly Nolan should be proud of. Professional, friendly, always on time, always courteous and most importantly, honest and dependable. I never have to worry that my home is not being treated thoroughly. Within a day or 2 of calling and setting up service they sent an inspector and the actual tech all in the same day. They even showed up on the early side of the appointment time window. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. We were very happy we made the right choice of who to use for our monthly pest services.
