I recently moved here from out of state and have been working with Brock on general bug prevention, fire ant treatments, and now Sentricon termite prevention around my home and detached garage. I've had nothing but great service and will continue to rely on Brock to keep my place pest free. I highly recommend.

Switched to Brock’s several months back and Jason is demonstrating we made the correct decision. Our yard has improved drastically, thick green, weed free, and no evidence of those blank blank mole crickets. Summer is winding down and we’re already looking forward to next year’s beautiful yard with Jason and Brock.

I’ve had great service ever since hiring Brock, Lawn, and Pest Control! Even better yet due to circumstances out of my control when the lines of communication were crossed and I needed an immediate service. Within two hours they worked it out, and Trent was on his way over to take care of the situation! He did a top-notch job and I am very pleased once again. Thanks for continued great service. I have been with Brock for at least three years. Up until recently I was happy with the service. I have noticed that I was having what look to be dry spots in my front year. It is watered on a regular basis so it had to be something else. After I requested a lawn dept individual to inspect, I was told it needed to be treated for insect problems. I was told I would have someone out on Tuesday after the weekend. When I called Brock lawn dept on Monday, I was told my yard was not scheduled for any day yet. Not happy that this issue was just blown off. If I had not called, no one was scheduled this week at all. I now have someone coming on Thursday, only because I called. This is not how a pest control company should operate. I have trusted them for the well-being of my lawn. I expect Brock's people to identify if there is a problem and treat it. That is not how they are operating, it appears the customer has to identify issues and inform Brock. Not very happy.

This is an update of my original post about my frustration with Brock. I was visited by Andrew, manager of the Lynn Haven store, and another senior individual from Brock today. They assured me that what happened to me is not how they take care of customers and apologized. They explained it was a communication issue, and they will resolve the problems I have with my lawn quickly. Furthermore, they acknowledged they will take care of my lawn as if it was theirs. That this will not happen again and that they value me as a customer as they do all customers. I am happy with their explanation and all seems to be well.

Response to Brock: Not surprised at the blatant lie from Brock. I specifically said I am watering 7 days a week now because I have planted grass seed to salvage the yard. Water was turned off throughout the winter months and only on 3 days a week in peak season. I know I had a yard with grass and a weed problem before I started Brock lawn care and now at this point I have NO grass.
Do NOT recommend Brock Lawn Care!

Dont trust Brock to guide you through to a lush lawn. They are the experts and this is the yard they guided me to after a year... no matter what the issue is... this is the results after a year of Brock treatment.
