Terrible! The “first time “ service was not how it was explained/sold to me. Trevor knocked down one of the three bee hives in the enclave of our front door and left it there with the rest of the debris he knocked down on our front door matt and left there. All he cared about was a termiteplan to sell me for a $1,000. He just went on and on about the price and if I would approve and agree to pay for this additional service. When he went out back I inspected the area where he said I had termites. It was a petrified piece of wood from the beach that I had in the sun on my patio. Not a bug in it. Also all the services Trevor said he did in the follow up email -service invoice were incorrect and not done maybe half of them were. He just squirted the pesticide a foot from the baseboards right in right traffic areas and left puddles by the toliets. Trevor also sprayed pesticide right next to my cat without giving me a chance to get her. He was very unprofessional and the least bit concerned about is technique about application. Very disappointing.
