Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had. My tech came out this morning for my first visit. He was on time. The paperwork I was supposed to sign I was supposed to have already had that was not a fault on the tech. It was a fault on the call center when I originally made the appointment. The guy was extremely professional. He was not rude in any way shape or form I explained the issues that I was having. Not once did he look at me any differently than he would someone on the street The last company I called out was highly unprofessional and cost three times more than what orkin quoted me. The guy was here less than an hour 10 out of 10. Recommend it to anyone else and I even found out that the tech is going to be the regular tech that comes out so that gives me a little more peace of mind. It's not just random people coming into my house and he was okay with the dogs.

There was a 4-way lack of communication I think, everyone was very nice and professional but misinformed. I believe that to stay number 1 and keeping new and current customers.... Is to concentrate on guality "NOT QUANTITY". Your people seem rushed and overbooked. It is the 2nd most important thing to me when choosing who to go with, and if I'm happy?! I'm a customer for life. #1) how well the job is done, paying attention to detail. #2) being treated like more than just another one on a long list to do.*Time spent addressing issues, listening to me and giving me answers to my questions that aren't fluff. And Blunt honesty are priceless.* Called them back and was straight out lied to by Jay the corporate manager. It was no big deal I was going to pay and thought they make it right!!? Nope was no reason to lie I don't want to do business with ppl like that. Am really stunned!! ????????????. Also I don't have roaches and I don't appreciate that crap they put out. More than words can say ??????????
Major issues with scheduling maintenance appointments. Feel like techs just show up without notices. This is not my primary home so we need communication before visits. My service gets broken up in two visits, one inside and now will have to reschedule for inside. No notices…big problem may have to look for other service if we can’t get this right. Use to never had any problems.
