No complaints about any past techs, but Raquel really goes above and beyond expectations! She communicates with us regularly to see if we have any specific concerns for her upcoming visits. I have had mice in my home for 15 yrs. I'm terrified of them. I finally called Terminix. Long story short, I took a loan out for $1500.00 from their finance company (still paying). Less than a year later, they're back. Waste of money. Upset that they charged that much money and it did not work. ron texted ahead of time that he would here 3 february at 8:30 to do my outside quarterly device. he was right on time. i’m feeling puny so i didn’t go out to speak to him. i was at the kitchen sink as he was spraying the front of my house. when we saw each other … wave and a smile. he is very personable and easy to talk to especially when i had questions at the first mole baiting treatment.
