Sam is absolutely amazing! We unfortunately ended up with a roach issue that followed us from the last place we lived and Sam got it totally resolved. It took some time and hard work to get through it but she was so diligent. She has always prioritized communication and been so thorough in her work. We are so grateful for all she’s done for us 100/10

Sam is fantastic! We just moved into a new apartment unit that had been empty for a while and saw a couple roaches, our complex sent Sam. She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable, since we didn’t have a crate for our dog yet she even came back today to spray the last bathroom.
It’s really great to have someone so dedicated managing the pest control at our new apartment.
