WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Please beware. I hardly ever write bad reviews but honestly this whole thing has been feeling like a scam from the moment the saleman left. We were never told we were signing a 12 month contract we were told that we were signing for the card to be ran for the initial spray. And definitely not informed about the massive $500 cancellation fee. And then they would come back in 30 days, also not told we would pay for that, and than can schedule every 3 months if we wanted and if we saw anything within that time they would come back right away. Now we have nore bugs after the "service" than before and an ant problem inside our house that we didn’t have before and can't get ahold of anyone about their re-application visit when a customer is unhappy with first visit. And the customer service line, who is apparently the only one you can talk to, is less than helpful and extremely difficult. Avoid this place completely.
Snake oil salesman. Oversold their "service" and their guarantees. More bugs after the "service" than before, can't get anyone to reach out to me about their re-application visit when a customer is unhappy with first visit. Numerous harassing messages about an unpaid bill that was in fact paid, 0 response after call ins and texting their virtual assitant. I'd piss on my house and hope for the best before using these guys. Don't fall for the slick sales pitch, it's a lie.
I had a great experience with Insight Pest Control. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
