These guys are amazing at what they do! I’m on a quarterly plan with them (for about a year & and a half now) and it’s well worth it. If there’s any new issues during that time period, they come back and do an excellent job each time. 10/10 recommend
The technicians were very nice, but unfortunately, they were unable to solve our mice problem. They only placed a few bait stations the first visit that were not touched by mice. We had to request more bait stations in areas with high mice activity and traps to be placed during follow up visits. After follow up visits they sealed some holes and gave us suggestions. They used very basic traps that did not catch a single mouse. My husband and I had to buy our own traps after our service with them ended. Since buying our own traps we have caught 11 mice. We started with a small mice problem and while they were treating our house, the mice problem rapidly increased. I feel like they wasted our time allowing the mice population in our house to rapidly reproduce. We should've just bought our own traps from the beginning. When informing them that their services did not help and the mice problem increased they told us we had to pay more money if we wanted them come back out and continue services. I gave one star instead of zero because they did seal holes and the technicians were very nice.
Tech arrived in 48 hours to one of our apartments. Technician had great communication, knowledgeable and took his time to provide photos of any entry points. Highly recommend!
I have the highest praise for this locally-owned company. From Elizabeth who I spoke to in order to set up a consultation to the representative who examined my house, each person was very competent and informative. I feel secure working with Excelsior.
We hired Excelsior two years ago after our longtime pest control contractor stopped offering it. We hired them for three properties. We could not be more pleased. When they came in the spring at one of the properties, Zach , tech saw a spider he thought was rubber Halloween prang decor. As he drew closer was shocked it was not rubber but a huge poisonous spider! So grateful for Excelsior and their crew. Excellent customer service! Price is great. Annual for two regular trips Spring and Fall. Bees, ants, spiders.and mice.
