A sales representative named Ashton came to my door and asked if I would like to try their services at a discount, and I agreed. I was given the "discounted" price, which apparently consisted of a discount that was only contingent upon not cancelling their services at a later time.

For a subsequent treatment, I was in need of indoor services as well as outdoor and tried to contact the original sales representative (Ashton), who did not return my call. I then called the main phone number to make an appointment (to ensure I would be present for an indoor treatment), and was told that appointment times could not be made. I made it clear that I needed indoor as well as outdoor services. The company came at their own convenience, and because I was at work, they were unable to do indoor services and charged me for outdoor services ($96.34), which was pretty pricey for outdoor only when I already had my last outdoor treatment very recently.

I decided that this service was not for me and declined further services, and I was charged $268.46 for my cancellation. That was the "difference" from my first service, which was "discounted." When I disputed the transaction, the company offered to use this amount to credit toward future services, but I am not in need of their services since I am unable to schedule an appointment with them for an indoor treatment.

Essentially, this company will bait you with a "discount" that isn't really a discount, but a portion of a full amount that you will be charged upon cancellation. So you will be on the hook for $268.46 whether they provide you with the services that you need or not.

Stevie showed up for my initial treatment today and was super friendly and helpful. A wasp had gotten into the house just prior to his arrival and he helped take care of the rogue wasp and then treated the rest of the house. He also checked in to give me updates throughout the process since it was my first treatment. So far very impressed with the service.

First Initial visit performed by Jonathan was great. I was Jonathan's last call of the day and he still had the energy to provide a 5 Star service. He was very respectful and explained everything to me thoroughly. Very excited to be working with this company

The last time we had EnviroGuard do a scheduled treatment, we had visiting company and couldn’t get the interior treated. They offered to schedule a visit later in the month to treat the inside at no extra charge. Christian came back to our house and sprayed the interior. He took great care in explaining how to protect our little dog from the product being sprayed. Christian explained each mixture that EnviroGuard uses and what to expect on each visit. This was so helpful and informative. He seemed very conscientious and very customer service oriented. We are very happy that we switched to EnviroGuard!
