We have been using Orkin for over a decade, and yesterday, the inidividul (first initial J.) that was sent out to treat our property, did not complete his job. All he did was wipe down a few spinder webs and left. He claims he treated the foundation and the areas around the house with "Plyzone". He did not treat anything, he was here about ten minutes and then took off. I specifically walked the property with him, and told him what areas were important to treat because of previous ant problems. In addition, I asked him to see me prior to leaving the house and he did not.I called Orkin customer service immediatley and let them know that the job had not been completed. All areas around the house were completly dry, no liquid product was used. I have numerous pictures showing that nothing was sprayed. The Orkin customer service respresentative that I spoke with was extrememly nice and accommodating. Another Orkin specialist will be sent out in a week to complete the job.
The service man was very courteous.He explained his work and did a thorough job . I feel more comfortable in my home now than before.

We have used ORKIN in the past and was willing to give them another try when I received a new offer. Our Service Technician was thorough and polite. He showed genuine respect for our animals as well. Most of our questions were answered by the technician. Since today was our first visit with ORKIN, I would like to reserve full judgement until we have been with ORKIN for a few months. This service does not include Rats and mice because the state of California deems it inhumane. REALLY!?! Thank you ORKIN for doing a good job today.
