As a pest control- great company. In customer service- the worst. They continue and continue to charge my credit card after account being closed. They did work on a property of mine in San Antonio, Texas. I have spoken to their highly incompetent customer service. They have repeatedly assured me that my account had been closed, and I still continue getting charged. Very disappointed here. BE AWARE if you cancel your contract. You will remain being charged. And to boot, a service agent went into my home and did a pest service without my consent. Back in the day , that was called TRASPASSING.

I'd give Pied Piper 10 stars if it was possible. They are a reliable company and strive to get things done right. Richard went above and beyond to treat our house when we had holes in the roof from squirrels. His team came to re-treat the area when we had some issues again. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone else that is looking for a reliable pest control company.
