The PEST fumigators arrived more than hour late after their 2 hour window. After being assured that my landscaping would be safe, I reminded them to not step on irrigation pipes, and checking the fridge/freezer for bagging. This is what I came home to:1. 14 plants and bushes dead. Very little effort appears to have been taken to constructing the tenting to avoid covering these items.2. 3 bubbler lines cracked due to being stepped on. I had personally instructed one worker to look where he was stepping because I observed his foot only inches away from one of lines.3. The freezer portion was left about 2 inches. The result was that everything had defrosted and had to be disposed of.
Termite inspection
It was a lot of work to get ready for the tenting and putting my kitchen back together is monumental. This whole thing is not easy! Also I got mixed messages on what needed to be double bagged between the guy who set up the appointment and the guy who came the tenting.
Leaving a key to your house with someone and vacating for days can make anyone uncomfortable. I felt comfortable with Luis and his crew and my trust wasn't broken. They did a great job. Thanks!
