Today was my scheduled yearly inspection with Truly Nolen. I had planned to meet our technician, Dena, but at the last minute I wasn’t able to be there. Fortunately, my handyman was available to let her in.Dena kept me updated throughout the inspection and took the time to address all of my concerns. Since this is a rental property that will soon be occupied, I truly appreciated that she treated the affected areas the very same day.She sensed that I was having a bit of a stressful day and did everything she could to make the process smooth and worry-free. Her professionalism and kindness meant a lot.Thank you, Dena, and thank you, Truly Nolen. You have a wonderful company.
I have been a client of Truly Nolen for over 30 years and have enjoyed good service during that time. In the last several years I have been fortunate to work with Dena, a thorough and diligent inspector. She is truly knowledgeable about her prey, termites as well as other pests, and has offered many suggestions about how to maintain and protect my largest investment, my home.
I used to talk to Dena in the office for scheduling service, price increases etc. Imagine my surprise when she showed up to do the termite inspection! She has been out in the field for 6 years now. Compared to the last few inspections i have had, Dena was BY FAR the absolute best. She was incredibly thorough and took her time explaining the results and recommendations to me. I hope she continues to provide this service for Truly Nolen for a long time. I will ask for her directly when due for another inspection. Gary Garcia was fantastic! He called on his way to our location to see if there were any areas of concern. He checked in at the office and promptly got to work treating out entry points and warehouse areas. He also walked with me through the office, changed our sticky traps, DATED THEM (!!) and sprayed the interior as we had seen some roaches in the lunch room! I will be requesting Gary as our tech from now on. Great job to the Truly Nolan team- Gary is a gem! ??
