I reached out to the Spider Assassin in the Spring of 2024. He gave me the run around with scheduling. There were four different dates that he was supposed to show up. Two of them it really was raining and I understood he couldn't do it. However, there was one he just cancelled with no explanation and the other one he said it was weather related but there was no bad weather in the area. Oh and then there was the random text asking me if I still needed service after I had an appointment scheduled. He later apologized for that and said he had just listened to my message. I ultimately opted not to give this company a try. I feel like he needs someone to help him with his scheduling.
REVIEW EDIT: First treatment worked great! had a second treatment done as spiders were coming back, they told us to call again in a month if spiders returned as we live on the water. Paid for the second treatment and it didn’t work at all. Did not affect any spiders as they got worse. Called the company and tried to rectify the situation to no avail. I was told it was a “weird” summer, the spiders built up an immunity, they can’t control the weather, and lastly, they don’t warranty there work. That was a stunner. He would not make it right in any way. Good luck if your treatment doesn’t work. I’ll try a different company from this point forward.Great to work with, very professional and on time! I simply want the service I paid for to you originally as any customer would want. I know you do not guarantee your work, which is why I will no longer do business with you. Other pest control companies, with which I use now, fully guarantee their work for 60 days. As for scheduling my second appointment, I called you and ask you what your recommendation is and your the one who told me that you would come over and spray again. And yes, it is possible for the treatment to “not work at all” which is exactly what your second treatment did…..absolutely nothing. I simply wanted you to make it right for the service I paid good money for, which you refused to honor your workmanship. As for “waterfront properties” requiring monthly treatments, you just said in your response that “ I shouldn’t schedule my next treatment until I see an issue”?? Your contradictory response is puzzling. Also, I did in fact ask you about monthly treatments during my first treatment and you told me sir, that you do not do that and to “just call when I see spiders coming back”. I will never do business with you again and will not recommend you in the future. Buyer beware!!
