There were always two workers present, and while the second team member varied (Jose and two different Alfredos), it made no difference in the quality. Every crew member was a skilled craftsman who knew exactly what needed to be done. They seamlessly picked up where the previous day left off, as if they’d been working on the project from the start.We were thoroughly impressed with the entire team. They were always punctual, highly experienced, polite, and friendly, with excellent craftsmanship throughout. They followed the agreed-upon plan and then some—never cutting corners or skimping on materials. Best of all, they left the work area spotless at the end of each day.tenting commenced Yesterday and has not been Completed. That crew has also been excellent and thorough. From the beginning: told us they would send us different quotes, only received one. Tent came off a day after they installed it. They broke an outdoor lamp in our porch. An “insurance roof tile charge and they didn’t even provide picture. 3 stars for customer service. Would not recommend this company for termite tenting.
We had a great experience with The Termite Guy…Tented our home…fixed our damaged wood and repaired our roof tiles and previous leak. I highly recommend. Mike came out to finish up the roof! He was fantastic! Great Company!
