Aaron Oliver went above and beyond with his communication. The time frame was different from what I expected, so my neighbor came over to let him in to do an inside service for the outrageous ladybugs. He was very respectful of my property, and I would welcome him again. By far the most respectful and professional tech I have had come to my home, and I have been a customer for years.
Chase was wonderful help! He was kind & easy to talk to. He understood my struggle with stink bugs. He offered solutions to resolve my problem & got some scheduled to cone out in less than a week. Joe was our sales consultant and was very thorough and transparent. He did not try to sell us on anything we didn’t need. We have rodents in the attic area and he could have told us it was much worse than it was. He save us a whole lot of money. He scheduled the covering of the entry points he found for the next day. The crew that came in was very professional and insured that all of the possible points of entry were covered. I can’t say enough about Atla Pest Control. One thing we had to do was sign-up for monthly pest control. How ever, if they do as good a job with monthly maintenance as they have so far we made a great choice. I would definitely recommend Atla Pest Control for any of your pest needs. The gentleman that called to set up monthly service was very professional and nice. You can’t go wrong with Alta!
Good experience setting up a plan to treat my yard. Alex was right on the scheduled time and took the time to get my yard taken care of. He was also very thorough in explaining what he did and what I should expect moving forward. Much better experience with Alta than with the last pest control company.
Chase was excellent. He was very professional and friendly. All of your analyst should strive to mirror him. He helped me set up an appointment but only at the end, I figured the date was not gonna be a good one for me. He graciously said “…no problem. Let’s get you a better day..” I appreciated his willingness to make certain I had what I needed for my appointment even emailed me some instructions to prepare before the service and what I needed to do after.
