I have been surprisingly impressed with Aptive. The Customer service center is no where near 5 stars but the techs we get sent to the house for our visit are always great. Haven't had a bad tech yet that didnt know what they were talking about or doing.The sign up and logging into our account and dealing with customer service was and is ridiculous but for now we are doing fine with our services.Jason was our most recent tech and he was great
Great experience over the phone, but more importantly with the techs that came out to the house. Very polite and knowledgeable. They were thorough and complete, even including pictures with each visit.
I have had 2 poor customer service encounters with this company and I am not even a customer. The night that they were going door-to-door, they ignored my no soliciting sign and rang my doorbell after dark very late. Today they were treating my house instead of my neighbors (again not their customer). The technician was argumentative and very frustrated towards me about what house he was supposed to be at. I finally had to directly ask him to leave my property.He claimed the picture in their system was of my house, but when he showed me his phone, it was very much of my neighbors. We have the same color house, but different floor plans, and visible house numbers. Not much attention to detail of where he was supposed to be.
Very thorough treatment spraying inside and outside for all kinds of insects and spiders. Also available were sticky mouse traps for those invasive little critters who try to come in during the winter. We had a very nice young man, easy to talk to, and he did all that I asked to be done.
The entire experience was absolutely amazing. They gave us a honest quote over the phone and offered a plan that fit our budget. Baily, the technician, was just wonderful!! She arrived on time, addressed our concerns by treating both the inside and outside of the house. She offered great customer service and was able to put us at ease as to the safety of our dogs.In the beginning we only wanted a one time visit but the representative helped us choose a plan that would ultimately save us more money over time. Thank you ,thank you, thank you for making this an affordable and easy experience.
