What customers say
Customers describe professional, informative service, including advance notice before visits and quick assessments with suggested solutions. One customer says the first two services were on time, friendly, and fast, then reports a July charge despite a missed visit, no July service, and no callback; after an August charge, they spent almost an hour trying to get a refund and cancel the account.

The first 2 service were great, on-time, friendly and fast. I was then charged for July and no one showed up. I called and you mentioned you were short staffed, but never received a call back or my July service. Then I was charged for August, I had to call back and spend almost an hour trying to get a refund and cancel my account. I’m sorry you are short staffed but you cannot continue to charge for services you are NOT providing.

Jay is absolutely amazing. We have been through over 30 different food grade audits with them as our pest control and we never have any issues in that area.
Anytime through the year that anything arises, Jay is quick to make time to stop out to asses the situation and offer solutions.
10/10 would recommend using them for all your pest control needs!
