We have had the BEST experience with Blue Star Pest Control. Not only did we hire them for our rental property but we also hired them for our new home! James, the technician, is so nice and professional. He takes the time to explain how everything will work, what to expect and how to contact them if we need services between appointments. Danielle, in the office, handles all of my billing questions and never seems to mind my multitude of calls. They service inside and outside our home along the pool area. My experience with blue star pass control actually turned out to be a little funny! But it doesn’t underestimate their above and beyond help that they provided. We had a situation and my daughters apartment where we thought she had an unusual bug investigation we took pictures sent them to blue star they looked at them discussed them and came back with two questions for us to look into and we solve the mystery of the unusual bug(s) Which turned out to be a cat tail decoration in a vase jar that her cats were tearing up and it was dispersing little tiny seeds That look like bugs! So thanks to blue store ministry bug was resolved and no exterminating needed! Thank you blue star pest control
