10/10 recommend. From the start I spoke to Sheldin who got the information that was needed treatment wise. He was very sweet, patient and helpful. You can tell this company cares and isn’t out to just get your money. The exterminator who came out was Gabriel who is mostly on the North shore location, was very sweet and was able to answer any questions we had. The way they have been on top of everything professionally and personably, I am very grateful to have chose them to do our treatment. It’s rare to find companies these days who give this type of service. 100% recommend. Thank y’all so much, we truly appreciate you guys!!
I’ve been a customer of LaJaunie’s for about five years and I’m thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff are always kind and attentive, and their products work. Gabriel was my serviceman today and he was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was professional and took time to answer all of my concerns.
I highly recommend Eric for any pest control needs. He came out to spray the house and install bait traps, and the whole process was seamless. He was right on time, did a fantastic job, and was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. If you need an exterminator who is professional and friendly, Eric is your guy!
