When we saw that we had a beetle infestation in 2025, I called around & Serge was the only company that was able to come out immediately!!! He is very polite, professional & explains what he does on each visit. Since starting this service, we have only seen maybe 5 tiny spiders. Very good quality.
Serge has been very responsive to our pest problems. He was able to explain to us why our problem was not resolvable with the approaches we had been trying for years. He has been able to get the problem under control and maintains an effective schedule to keepOur problem at bay. His office communicates very clearly and they respond to shifts in the schedule when necessary.
I love these guys! Serge is our service rep and he is the man. Since we started using their service in the spring of 2025 I have not once heard the ear splitting scream indicating my lovely wife has encountered a spider. Our two cats have experienced no issues from the pest control products used (never mind that pest control really should be THEIR job but whatever.) Highly recommend.

Serge was great! He answered all of my questions and was friendly and informative! He knocked down all of the cobwebs around the house before spraying for spiders (and other bugs). I love that he had a chemical free option that I feel good and safe about using, especially with having a dog and toddler around. He was also very good at communicating the appointment window and giving a 10 minute heads up before arriving. We will definitely be using him again in the spring.
