I could not be more disappointed with Orkin's commercial services. I chose Orkin for my business as I use them for my home and thought that I would receive a similar level of service. After signing a contract with a recommended add on service for mosquitos, I have had issues. I have reached out several times to my account manager and to the branch manager with no response. I canceled the blower service (mosquito service) and was still billed. As of today, I have yet to hear from anyone other than the customer service rep that I spoke to when I called in. Customer support was much better when they were trying to gain my business. I may not be a large business, however I expected the same level of service as I am a paying customer.
I give Orkin 10 out of 10 for today’s service. Special thank you to Danielle the business contact and Michael our Tech, I couldn’t be happier. From the professionalism to the knowledge to the amount of care they have shown me and my establishment, I 1000% recommend the services they offer. Thank you 10X over!
