When I realized I had some termites, I called several places in order to get an estimate. I called TermiKnight and Philip showed up on time with a written estimate and a detailed outline of my house. he explained to me in detail what the process would be and that he used the best chemicals. Philip sent an estimate write up, and showed up with one on my appointment day just incase I needed a hard copy. He also provided a detailed receipt, warranty paperwork in a follow up email and answered all my questions.Philip takes pride in his work and it shows with all the small details I’ve noticed other businesses leave out. We will definitely have him back in 5 years for prevention and recommend him to all we know.
