I’m keeping this brief and composed, as that feels more appropriate than matching the hostility I was met with. The owner of this company set the tone immediately, and it was unmistakably unpleasant. The owner of this company is, quite simply, a masterclass in how not to treat another human being.
From the first moment of contact, I was met with open hostility, condescension, and a level of rudeness that felt intentional rather than accidental. There was no confusion, no miscommunication—just someone who appears to take genuine pride in being unkind.
What’s most striking is not just the lack of professionalism, but the absence of basic decency. I have never had an interaction where I felt so clearly unwelcome while simultaneously being asked for my business.
If this company reflects the owner’s personality, then the real infestation here is the culture. I would strongly recommend choosing a provider run by someone who understands that civility is not optional.

disappointing experience with Bug Master LLC, especially with the owner. The owner was rude and unprofessional, and it was incredibly difficult to cancel the contract. Despite the rude and unprofessional, and it was incredibly difficult to cancel the contract. Despite the poor quality of their service, they focused more on keeping my money than on providing proper pest control. I had an infestation of German Cockroaches. I tried to get rid of them for over a year with retail products. Nothing worked. I decided to let a local professional to take care of the problem. I contacted John. He was friendly and responsive to my needs. He scheduled an inspection and consult, then took care of my infestation problem. It was easy and worth every penny. I highly recommend Bugmasters for all your pest conrol needs!

We have been with Bug Masters since moving into our first house and they have been truly phenomenal! Seriously every technician (the owner Jon included!) has been super nice and helpful making sure our house was thoroughly taken care of. And their spray actually WORKS! Without it reeking of chemicals!!! Even though they only spray the perimeter outside we will still notice it work inside our house (which is nice because we have a lot of water bugs that sneak in or even flies won’t live long). We are excited to be renewing our contract with them they give great service with a great product for a great price! Highly recommended!!!
