After 1+ year with another vendor, I've switched to Joshua's for pest control. The level of service and workmanship is a night and day difference. Very irresponsible and aggressive sales tactics. I live in a gated property in Fallbrook, and this company literally opened the latch to my gate, entered my property with dogs and attempted to sell me on pest control. There’s a gate for a reason! Very uneasy and disappointed with the direction in sales tactics Joshua‘s pest control has taken to make a sale. We’ve had other Neighbors complaining about the same issue with Joshua pest control, and also have video Of multiple locations where this company enters your property without permission.
We’ve used Joshua’s for 3 years and have always been extremely pleased with their pest service as well as their technicians. Jay was very personable, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Marcus , Armando ,Robert were absolutely Fantastic in their insulation removal and laying in of new insulation! They were do friendly, so polite and cleaned up all the work areas so well, you couldn’t tell they were here! I would highly recommend not only Joshua’s pest control company but especially this team!
