We have a monthly service for outside rodents like rats and mice.We live on the edge of a nature reserve so there are lots of critters roaming around. Josue is a conscientious and knowledgeable technician who services the traps and offers friendly communication with us. He always comes on time and does his job well. We highly recommend him and Lloyd Pest Control who also does our outdoor insect and home insect control.
Living in Cardiff is great, except there just is a lot of rats that have been in the area and it can be a little overwhelming. Over the years Edgar has been amazing at responding quickly and kindly to helping when one of our traps needs servicing. At this point, Edgar is nearly family and we joke he at the very least deserves a fruit basket for the holidays because he's always reliable, kind and prompt.
