He always does an excellent job, communicates well before his arrival, and is consistently professional and friendly during every visit. Our dog especially looks forward to seeing him because he always brings her treats which is so sweet! We truly appreciate his reliable service and attention to detail. I asked him why he dud that and he said it is their standard way to do it. I called their customer service to have someone come to fix the paint etc and was told they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. I haven’t received any call or response from them.I think alk the five star reviews are fake
