I cannot say enough good things about this company. As a real estate agent, I needed a reliable company to address a rodent issue before bringing a property to market, and they exceeded every expectation. Paul and Larry truly know what they're doing. WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner Paul Connell of Norcal Rodent took my money for a job that he refused to finish. I contacted repeatedly by text and phone requesting he finish the job. He became verbally aggressive, cussing, and threatened my family and me with physical harm. I had to find another company to finish the job. If you read his google reviews he has a history of taking money from clients and not finishing the work and then becoming verbally abusive and very threatening. I subsequently spoke with another contractor who used to employ him and he said the same thing. He apparently has a long history of similar behavior. Also, I can find no evidence this company has a proper business license.
