If I could add an extra star I would.! As a woman bed bugs have stolen so much from me I feel dirty I feel violated and they've also affected my mental health and during that inspection that became very apparent. Steven myhome inspector, first hand witnessed a complete meltdown from myself My husband has not been affected or bitten by these destructive creatures I myself have been tormented day in and day out Steven remained calm and actually deescalated the situation and brought me back down to earth thank God how embarrassing lol But with all that being said they have went above and beyond to make me feel educated safe guaranteed that I will no longer have to deal with these bugs that have no purpose but you destroy bank accounts and and homes. I will be posting another review once the treatment is done I have been through a lot of things in my life but this has been one of the most traumatic stressful situations . The professionalism but kindness has won I had their competitor walking out the door as they were walking in their competitor had my money already and I actually got my money back from another company so that I could go with this company I am so impressed and so grateful that for once in my life I listen to somebody and had a little patience Don't count on it happening again That one opportunity is sailed So again thank you to Steven from the West Palm Beach location even went as far as having his wife find somebody to help clean my house. You don't find service like this very often anymore it's all about money and the lack of kindness has exited just as fast as the next client is booked so thank you again for the with Palm Beach office

We had the delight of having Prav do the service to our home. He was very informative and even gave us different options on how to continue better treatment for our home ! If it were up to us we would have Prav be the only one to come out ! Thank you Orkin and Prav !
