If I could rate lower I would. They would never work around our work schedule on their schedules. Any time I called the office I was basically given the run around. At the start of service, I was told if we pay the $300 to start with Terminix, we’d be “priority” status basically. The representative told me if we called seeing an insect, a technician would be dispatched within 24 hours. We are reasonable people we never actually expected it would be that quick and we understood about people’s schedules, etc. But the point very much is lack of communication. When we scheduled online or submitted a date that worked for us, we would often get a no show from the technician (who said he thought he had reached out to everyone but accidentally forgot us, we understood that as well) OR we’d initially receive a text about an appointment and then the date before receive a text from the technician changing it to another day without asking or making sure we are available. The ONLY silver lining to this process has been the smooth cancellation process.I would NOT recommend Terminix.
