Joshua board came by our home last week for our quarterly visit. Not only did he do a thorough job he also inquired about any direct concerns that we have and he addressed those as well. He is polite, attentive, a good listener, and he is informative about the service that he's giving you and the products that he is using I would recommend Dodson to anyone. Only once did l Mr Dodson visit our home but all the rest of the technicians who have have been very professional and fantastic. I hope they don't get jealous when I say Joshua Ward was the best.

Tech that came was very nice person. Nothing about this review is people related. Their billing system is very archaic. When they came for first appointment they wanted to make me write my card number and information on a piece of paper. Which to me is a security concern for your customers. I didn't do it and just called over phone to give card information. Then, I never received an email notice that they were coming for service. I received a bill in the mail, that I had to then manually pay. Glad it wasn't lost in the mail and sent to collections. When I went to online pay it wouldn't even verify the amount that I owed. I had to call again to make sure this was the correct amount so I wasn't just sending them money bilndly. Please make this process smoother for future customers. It's 2025. Techs having ipads for customer information and credit card recurring billing is standard at this point.
