Abysmal service. We stated multiple times that once our contract ended, we did not want to renew with them. After a month of back and forth, post contract mind you, they finally let it cancel. We were informed over and over that they would remove the termite bait traps and that they would fill the holes that they made. Lo and behold, all of a sudden they have a new policy and they won’t fill the holes they made nor fix any of the yard damage they incurred. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Jon B the Tech was Aces. I keep my fence gates locked and I completely forgot they were coming and was out and about. As I was heading home Jon called and said he was there and couldn’t get it the yard. Long story short he waited 10 minutes for me to get home and then finished the backyard and even sprayed inside the garage. The topper was the nice Christmas card he left for us. Highly recommend Home Team
Johnathan is great. We have been doing business with him since we moved in and he is a wonderful person. Does things thoroughly and very friendly.
Jon who has been our technician for years is great and he does an awesome job for us. Lately HomeTeam hasn’t given us enough notice for when a technician is coming out, I can’t have a one day notice because many times I want them to do the garage and back porch areas and we need to be home for that! All in all HomeTeam is a good company, glad we have them!
I’ve been with HomeTeam for about 4 years now, and the only reason I’ve stayed this long is because of James. He has been absolutely outstanding every single visit.James is perfect with kids, dogs, and always mindful of unique situations in the yard, like house toys or play areas. He’s extremely careful both inside and outside, making sure everything is handled with respect and attention to detail. He consistently goes above and beyond, one time he even vacuumed bees out of the attic and took the extra step to dump the vacuum afterwards.James is the kind of professional who retains customers and promotes the company’s reputation ahead of his peers. He truly sets the standard for what great service looks like.HomeTeam is lucky to have him, and I hope he’s recognized for the excellent work he does.
