Rushane was my service tech. He went everywhere and applied the products with real care and attention to details & complete coverage. He explained why and what was being done. Asked if there was anything else I felt I needed that he could do. Courteous and informative. He made sure the job was done very well. Best guy I've had !! I would like RIDD to send him to my house for every future service.
Quincy always does an excellent job and is extremely thorough. He ensure to explain anything that may be concerning and answers all questions. I never have any issues with pests after Quincy treats my house and yard.
Cory was and excellent technician. In all the time we've been with RIDD Cory has given us the most thorough service. Not only was he the best Tech but was an extremely polite young man.Therefore we would ask that Cory be the only one to service our home.Though Cory was the best Tech, the office staff could use some lessons in common courtesy.We have asked several times to be called to set up an appointment rather than a test the day before stating that they will be here the next day. No time just that the Tech will call when he is on the way.That is very poor way to run a business in my opinion. A text is okay but day and time in the text would be greatly appreciated. Giving the customer the ability to make arrangements. And the additional problem with the text the day before, if you have to cancel you're not sure when the next appointment will be until you get the next text.If you're a customer that receives regularly scheduled appointments how about a regularly set schedule. That way both parties know in advance when the service will be coming up. The customer knows to plan ahead for each visit and I would think that RIDD would have fewer cancellations.It could only be a win win situation for all.But to reiterate, CORY was the best and to only have CORY do our service going forward.Thank you CORY.??
Rushine, did a great job today. He was very thorough in his peat control & brushed webs on porch, screened porch & our garage also. He replaced the 3 insect traps in the garage. He was professional when he came to our front door & explained all the services he completed. And a few areas with mole crickets that we have. Happy with the service today. Judy G.
RIDD Pest Control has an amazing service team. Vincent worked on our house to mitigate our mole issue. This is a first for our family since we are new to the South Carolina area.
