Reviews
What customers say
Several customers describe pest problems improving or being resolved. One customer appreciated regular follow-up after ant treatment, while another says staff explained the flea service and described a four-month guarantee after spraying. A customer reports that three building sprays did not resolve a cockroach problem and says there was no treatment option they considered safe around pets, so they waited outside with a cat and dog for four hours.

We had ants in our house for months and tried everything from traps and other alternatives and nothing worked. Ben and his team came on short notice, and did an awesome job in little time. Happy to say our house is completely Ant-Free and the team has followed up with us regularly to make sure the problem is permanently gone. Would recommend Gray wolf to anyone!

I have used Gray Wolf and I was very happy about the results problem was solved. THE most honest people to deal with.
I over paid them $4900 . Maybe after a month or so, upon finding out about the mistake I called Gray Wolf and spoke with Ben. Without any hesitation he returned the payment. I was really appreciative of thier prompness and honeaty. I ighly recommend this company.

I had bed bugs issue in one of my rental properties. I first went to Canadian Pest solutions got the services from them twice but didn’t help and their service was also not to the mark.
Then someone referred me Gray Wolf Pest Control- Ben. He guaranteed me the solution and yes in the first treatment itself I saw a vast difference.
Ben is a genuine, honest and an ethical man. He is swift in his work and is very committed to his work and keeps his word.
Looking at his honesty and great results, I have gone ahead with my other properties for all the pest control related treatments.

They came and sprayed my building for cockroaches 3 times i let them in my apartment twice and they didn't get rid of them. Not sure why my landlord insists on using this company, they dont even have anything that's safe to use around pets instead i was forced to sit outside for 4 hours with my cat and dog. At least orkin has something they can use so you dont have to sit outside for hours.

Al and Ben were fantastic! Professional, respectful, and communicative. Ben booked me in and let me know about their service and that they guarantee their work for 4 months after spraying for fleas. Gave a great quote and was able to fit me in the same week. Al came to the house and let me know exactly what the service entailed, how long it would take, and what to do after he was done. I had a work appointment so he even took care of locking up when he was done.
Excellent service from beginning to end. Can’t recommend enough!
